Payment

No matter which payment method you choose, we can’t deliver your package until we receive the payment.

Payment with debit card: Bancontact or Maestro
You can choose to make your payment with your Bancontact card (card reader needed) or via the Bancontact app.

Payment with Credit card: Visa or Mastercard
This payment method also requires the card verification code. This will check that your card is not being used by an unauthorized person. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the amount will be debited immediately after your confirmation of payment of your card.

Payment with wire transfer
You will receive an email after you order, with an order confirmation and all payment instructions. In case of a bank transfer payment, we will not receive your payment immediately and therefore the delivery period will take longer. You have 10 days to pay for your order. If you do not pay within 10 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Know that it can take an average of 4 bank working days before we have received your payment effectively.
