What data of yours, do we have?
You share data with us in different ways. We use data that we have received from you, but also data collected by ourselves. For example, information about your visit to our website. Where will we use this data for?
Nordic Outfit will use the collected personal data only for the following purposes:

This means that we include personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of Nordic Outfit to continuously improve its website and services.

3. Your account
You can create an account on our website. In your account, we store the following information: your name, address(s), phone number, email address, delivery and payment details and information and interests provided. We keep track of this, so that you don’t have to enter them over and over again when you place an order. In addition, we also use the specified contact information to contact you in case of questions or comments about your order or to ask for your opinion.
The management of your account on this website has as a legal basis the execution of an agreement that was requested by you. You can always cancel your account, contact us at customerservice@nordicoutfit.com.
4. Order or book online
For your order or reservation, we need your name, email address, address(s), payment details and your phone number. We need these for the delivery and invoicing of products you ordered, with the legal basis providing a service that was requested by you. We use the information to deliver your order, keep you informed about your order or reservation or to contact you when asked or commenting about your order.
5. Fraud
Your payment data may be used to detect fraud and other violations of wrongdoing.
6. Subscribe to the newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter. When registering, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and interests. This way you will stay up to date with actions, promotions and the latest trends and we can invite you to events. We have general and personal newsletters. We compose the personal newsletters based on your data, such as previous orders, purchases and browsing behaviour. This is always the basis of the legal basis for your explicit, prior consent.

To continue to improve our services, we would like to hear your opinion. That’s why we can contact you for an assessment or a non-committal customer or market research. We keep track of the details of the review, as well as who writes which review. In order to be able to help you when you contact our customer service, we ask you for personal information such as name, address, email address, order number and telephone number.
All email communication with our customer service is retained, as well as chat conversations and details about the phone call with you. If a phone call is recorded, we will inform you in advance. This information is only used to answer your question as well and quickly as possible and to improve our services, with the legal basis providing a service that was requested by you.
Who has access to my data?
In order to process your personal data, we grant access to your personal data to our employees. Within Nordic Outfit, the data is only accessible to responsible persons who need to have access to it in function of their tasks. We guarantee a similar level of protection by making contractual obligations counterable to these employees and appointees, which are similar to this Privacy Policy. Your data is secure and confidential at Nordic Outfit. Under no circumstances can Nordic Outfit be considered liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper or unlawful use by a third of the personal data. You are therefore the sole responsibility for the use made from the website of your computer, IP address and your identification details, as well as for its confidentiality.
