What data of yours, do we have?
You share data with us in different ways. We use data that we have received from you, but also data collected by ourselves. For example, information about your visit to our website. You are not obliged to release your personal data, but understand that the provision of certain services becomes impossible when you refuse processing. Where will we use this data for?
Nordic Outfit will use the collected personal data only for the following purposes:

These are data you share with us without registration: IP address, browsing behavior, origin, search terms. We use this data to take care of and improve our website. This means that we include personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of Nordic Outfit to continuously improve its website and services.

You can create an account on our website. In your account, we store the following information: your name, address(s), phone number, email address, delivery and payment details and information and interests provided. We keep track of this, so that you don’t have to enter them over and over again when you place an order. In addition, we also use the specified contact information to contact you in case of questions or comments about your order or to ask for your opinion.

4. Order or book online
For your order or reservation, we need your name, email address, address(s), payment details and your phone number. We need these for the delivery and invoicing of products you ordered, with the legal basis providing a service that was requested by you. We use the information to deliver your order, keep you informed about your order or reservation or to contact you when asked or commenting about your order.
Your payment data may be used to detect fraud and other violations of wrongdoing.
6. Subscribe to the newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter. When registering, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and interests. This way you will stay up to date with actions, promotions and the latest trends and we can invite you to events. We have general and personal newsletters. We compose the personal newsletters based on your data, such as previous orders, purchases and browsing behaviour. This is always the basis of the legal basis for your explicit, prior consent.

In order to be able to help you when you contact our customer service, we ask you for personal information such as name, address, email address, order number and telephone number.
All email communication with our customer service is retained, as well as chat conversations and details about the phone call with you. If a phone call is recorded, we will inform you in advance. This information is only used to answer your question as well and quickly as possible and to improve our services, with the legal basis providing a service that was requested by you.
